I’m in the process of developing this at the moment with a colleague. Just to give you an idea, it’ll be a six-week course that you can do at home, at your own pace, in your jammies and bunny slippers if you like (although you’re very welcome to come along to one of our live workshops in your bunny slippers if you want to!).
The plan is to make it an online version of the one day Break The Cycle workshop. So you’ll learn about why you can never win the weight-loss battle with your body, why even trying isn’t a very good idea, and what to do instead. You’ll learn how to take back control of your eating till the point where you never really have to think about it again. And unbelievable as it might seem, you’re also going to learn how to start actually liking the body you’ve got right now.
